We offer advice and  counsel to cooperative board of directors, condominium board of  managers, and homeowners associations. Additionally, we are experienced  in the preparation of wills and trusts, the probate and administration  of estates, and business acquisitions and sales.

We pride ourselves on providing professional legal services at reasonable fees.

Our main office is in  Bronx, New York, affording us a central location to serve clients in New  York City, Westchester County, Rockland County, Nassau County and  Suffolk County. In the event you are not able to visit our Bronx Office,  we have made arrangements with colleagues in New York City to meet with  clients. Mr. Glassman maintains a home office in Westchester County.
